Confederation Cup: Medeama dribbling wizard Samuel Bio suspended for Sundowns return leg

Medeama winger Samuel Bio is suspended for the side's CAF Confederation Cup return leg against Mamelodi Sundowns on May 18.

The intelligent pocket-size dribbling wizard picked up an accumulated yellow card in the first leg and will thus miss the return encounter at the Sekondi stadium.

The absence of the diminutive winger is a massive blow to the Ghanaians as he brings a lot of pace and stability to the team.

Bio emerged the best player for the two-time Ghanaian champions as they shipped in three goals in a spate of seven minutes to lose 3-1 against the newly-crowned South African champions.

Medeama are desperate to qualify to the group stage of the competition after by missing out at the same stage two years ago.
