Teodosic - who played a key role as Serbia reached the FIBA Basketball World Cup final in September - posted a joint team-high 14 points and four assists as CSKA defeated Cedevita Zagreb 76-72 at Drazen Petrovic Basketball Hall on Friday.
The match was in the balance during the final quarter, with visitors CSKA holding a slender one-point lead, but Teodosic stepped up to extinguish Cedevita's hopes by sinking four three-pointers in the Croatian capital.
Cedevita - led by Nemanja Gordic's career-high 21 points - did rally and closed within four points in the final minute of play but CSKA held on for their third win in as many games.
Croatia's Cedevita are still searching for their first win after three consecutive defeats.
CSKA are not the only team boasting a perfect record in the group, with Unicaja Malaga also three-from-three thus far.
Unicaja trumped Limoges 75-69 after surging away late in the game.
Limoges led by six points early in the third quarter but Unicaja went on a 23-2 run to stay undefeated.
Fran Vazquez (14 points), Mindaugas Kuzminskas (11) and Vladimir Golubovic (11) all reached double figures for Unicaja.
Barcelona and Olympiacos also improved to a 3-0 win-loss record on Friday.
Justin Doellman scored 20 points as Barcelona accounted for Turow Zgorzelec 86-67 to stay top in Group C.
Group rivals EA7 Olimpia Milano downed Bayern Munich 81-74 on the road in Germany.
In Group D, Olympiacos edged Neptunas 85-81 in overtime in Lithuania as the Greeks kept their winning record intact.
Vassilis Spanoulis was the pick of the bunch, sinking 34 points and hauling down seven rebounds for Olympiacos.
Laboral Kutxa prevailed 91-90 against Galatasaray Liv Hospital in the other group game.
