
Ghana defender Daniel Opare has begun pre-season training at his new club FC Porto, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 23-year-0ld joined the Portuguese giants as a free agent weeks before joining up with the Black Stars team for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
The club and the player have since declined to confirm the deal.
Opare however posted a picture of himself on Instagram wearing a training kit of Porto which is captioned: 'Back to work.'
The ex Real Madrid youngster is said to have signed a long-term deal with Porto after completing a four-year stint in Belgium with Standard Liege.
He will get a chance to play in the prestigious UEFA Champions League competition in the coming season where Porto will be playing in the preliminary rounds in their bid to return to the top of European football having finished third in their last domestic campaign.
