
German-born Ghanaian youngster Christopher Avevor has signed for German Bundesliga II side Fortuna Dusseldorf, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.
The 22-year-old is seen as a rising star with the German ranks and has had stints with Hannover 96 and St Pauli in the lower divisions.
Fortuna Dusseldorf coach Oliver Reck has hailed Avevor's qualities.
“He is a strong, mellow and very confident for his young age,” Reck said.
“Christopher Avevor is 22 years old and a guy with extremely positive and winning charisma.”
Avevor was born to a Ghanaian father and German mother and has played for the national youth team.
