TT Brothers Demands $1m From Hearts

Business mogul Isaac Tetteh (TT Brothers) has expressed worry over a $1 million debt as a result of loans he took for the Rainbow family.

He revealed in an interview that there were no signs that directors of the club were interested in paying the debt whose interest keeps accumulating as the months roll by.

The CEO of Pure Joy FC  took loans from HFC, Access and Social Security banks for the club, whose interests were drowning his business.

To him, his desire to see Hearts avoid an embarrassing situation during the reigns of coaches Ernst Middendorp and Jones Attuquayfio compelled him to go for the loan facility.

'Hearts used me as a sacrificial lamb and has cost my business so much, but I will take the money from them,' he said tearfully on Happy FM.

'Some of the directors at the time had access to the bank but they refused to support the club. Ironically, the same people take back whatever contribution they make to the club.

'Hearts was in a tight situation, but there was no one to turn to, and after saving them from a possible disgrace, they have now stabbed me in the back.

'They led me on, promising that good offers had come for Taylor and Bortey, through which they would pay me back my money, but they never did.

'I could have placed an injunction on their share floatation, but some friends advised me to shelve that idea. A banker friend at SSB cautioned me never to sign the cheque for the loan, but I declined. I always remember him for his advice, but I have learnt my lessons well.

'Coach Middendorp had threatened he would not leave until Hearts paid him his last penny when the club terminated his appointment. Nobody was ready to pay him. As we speak, I still pay the debt, you can check from HFC bank,' he added.
