The Ghana Football Association says it will soon announce scouts to aid the Black Stars technical team ahead of the Fifa World Cup finals in South Africa.
Three coaches-Cecil Jones Attuquayfio, Sam Arday and Robert Sackey- were employed for the 2006 World Cup finals to monitor Group opponents Italy, USA and Czech Republic.
Serbia, Ghana's opening Group opponents, have appointed well-travelled coach Bora Milutinovic to assist head coach Radomir Antic.
Australia and Germany have also boosted their technical set up for the World Cup.
"We know our opponents have started monitoring us already and we will like to fortify our technical department also ahead of the tournament. We believe that it can help our course," Nyantakyi said at a press conference.
He added:"At the last World Cup in Germany, we employed the services of three scouts and the benefits were enormous.
"Very soon we will make their names public as the build up to the tournament begins right about now."
Ghana's preparation for the World Cup begins next month with an international friendly.
