FOUNDER AND Bankroller of King Faisal FC, Alhaji Abdul Karim Grunsah has appealed to fans of his club to exercise patience in the wake of the team's poor showing in the ongoing league.
After match day seven, Faisal uncharacteristically lie 13th on the league ladder with seven points from a possible 21.
Not perturbed by the lamentable trend, said, “King Faisal will bounce back in style.”
Noted for his frankness, he pointed out that these were early days yet for anyone to write off King Faisal with regard to keenly contesting for top honours in the premiership.
The King Faisal Bankroller, speaking on radio, emphatically predicted that “Insha Allah, even if we fail to win the league, by all means we will finish among the top four teams at the end of the season.”
Noted for his staunch faith in Allah, said he was highly grateful to Allah for his guidance and numerous blessings for the King Faisal team this season, stating, “In everything give thanks to Allah.”
the King Faisal Founder sternly cautioned the club's representatives on radio talk shows in Kumasi to be circumspect with their utterances or risk being booted out of the club. From I.F. Joe Awuah Jnr., Kumasi
