Hearts of Oak claim they have signed junior international defender Philip Boampong from Berekum Arsenals.
The 19-year-old is said to have completed all paper works before flying out with the Black Satellites team for their tour of Qatar.
Boampong steps in to replace his elder brother Dan Coleman who has been sold to Real Tamale United.
He becomes Hearts of Oak's first major signing on the transfer market.
Boampong played at the Under-17 World Cup in 2007 and was a member of the African Youth Championship gold medal winning team.
