Veteran coach Oko Aryee has been re-appointed as head coach of Ghana's national female football team, the Black Queens.

The Black Queens lost out on penalties to Nigeria at the the Accra Sports Stadium and Aryee was fired afterwards.
The former RTU and AshantiGold coach replaces interim-coach Mumuni Gamel who failed to win a match at last year's African Women's Championship in Equatorial Guinea.
Aryee is eager to hit the ground running.
"Am looking forward to seeing the team and assess them so that we can hit the hit the ground running," Aryee told Ghanasoccernet.com
"I don't have any idea about the kind of players we have now but am sure when we start active work, we will be able to do something about it soon,'' he added.
"Am only hoping the big men at the FA will let continuity work so that we can build a solid team for the future."
The newly appointed coach is expected to assemble a 24-man squad on 16 June to prepare for series of assignments later in the year.
