
Liberty Profesionals' youth team were beaten 1-0 by Swedish side IF Elfsborg in the final of this year's Gothia Cup in Sweden.
IF Elfsborg from Bor?s made it to the final with an impressive 48-0 goal static's.
Liberty started up with a great chance less then four minutes in to the first half, a heavy shot that hit the post.
The Ghanaians proceeded with putting long balls in to the Swedes box, but Elfsborg where defending themselves well.
The second half started with several dangerous chances. After five minutes Elfsborg made the goalkeeper in Liberty showing his skills when saving in an almost acrobatic way.
Soon after Jesper Florén made a perfect come-through and finally he could loop the ball over goalkeeper Daniel Agyei, 0-1 Elfsborg.
Liberty then put the team in more offensive positions to reduce the score but without the final touch of luck that need in this sort of game.
