Heart of Lions have confirmed two of their key players in the just concluded season; John Boye and Emmanuel Banahene,will leave to join newly promoted Hapoel Petah Tikva FC in Israeli.
Defender John Boye had a floursihing season at the club and helped them secure second-place on the league log.
He earned his first cap when he came on as a substitute in the 60th minute when he replaced Issah Ahmed in the Black Stars 2-0 win over Gabon in Accra last month during the joint 2010 qualifiers.
Striker Banahene was in the goal king haunt until a thigh injury scuttle his dreams but ended the season with 11 goals.
The 21-year-old is a memeber of the locally-based Black Stars team in the CHAN qualifier and scored two goals during their first round qualifier against Niger in Niamey.
Both players have tied themselves to a three-year deal with the promoted boys in the Israeli league.
Their absence will rock the Kpando-based club's campaign as they prepare to play in the Caf Champions League competition next year.
Petah Tikva got promoted to the Ligat ha'Al this year after placing second in the second tier league last season.
