Abreshia United played a spectacular game to white wash Ankaful based Liberty Rainbow 5-1 in their Central Region Division Two league match played at the Mfantsipim Senior High School sports grounds.
The two sides settled for 1-1 at the end of the first half.
On resumption of the second half, Abreshia United came back strongly to bang in four more goals through George Quainoo, Ernest Boamah, Theophilus Mensah and Justice Nketsia to seal the doom of Liberty Rainbow.
Results of other league matches were Oguaa United lost 0-1 to Cape Coast Ahly Rovers, Adisadel Great Astronomers pipped Jukwa Surowi F/C 1-0, Akotsi Jenaak Professionals drew 0-0 with Nyanyano Proud United.
Mankoadze Asaase F/C were spanked 0-5 by Gomoa Mampong Hi-Kings, Ofaakor Shepherd Stars drew 1-1 with Buduburam F/C.
Mankessim Striking Force trounced Amosema Kingdom Stars 3-0, Eguase Youngsters drew 1-1 with Edumfa Galaxy F/C while Saltpond Brondby also drew 2-2 against Saltpond Kampsite F/C.
