The feeling is good and I hope we can continue - Kapor Nebojsa after Hearts of Oak's big win over Chelsea

Hearts of Oak head coach Kapor Nebojsa says his side are determined to maintain their winning momentum after making an impressive start to the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.

The Phobians began their campaign in emphatic fashion, thrashing Berekum Chelsea 4-0 at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday.

The victory was Hearts of Oak's first in their opening league fixture in six years and sent them to the top of the table after the opening round of matches.

Nebojsa was delighted with his team's performance and believes they can build on the result.

"The feeling is good. We are very happy with our opener, and I am sure we will continue this path," he said after the match.

Hearts will now turn their attention to their next league assignment against Bibiani GoldStars this weekend.

Nebojsa has urged his players to remain calm and focused as they look to make it back-to-back victories.

"We have to be calm and start preparing for our next game. We will face GoldStars with the full force of our power," he added.
