
Young Ghanaian talent Kelvin Ofori has been named the highest-rated Ghanaian player abroad following an exceptional performance for Spartak Trnava in their thrilling 3-2 win over Trencin in the Slovakia Nike Liga.
With a rating of 8.2, Ofori’s contribution was pivotal as he scored the winning goal, sealing a memorable victory for his team and establishing himself as a standout performer this season.
The young winger has been a rising star in Slovakian football, having already played seven matches this season for Spartak Trnava. His impressive form has garnered attention both locally and internationally, positioning him as a promising talent among Ghana’s pool of overseas players.
His display not only helped secure the crucial win but also earned him well-deserved recognition as the top-rated Ghanaian player over the weekend.
Ofori wasn’t the only Ghanaian to make waves abroad. Two other Black Stars hopefuls, Alexander Djiku and Alidu Seidu, also found their way into the top 10 performing Ghanaian players abroad.
Alongside them were Mathew Anim Cudjo, Tariqe Fosu-Henry, Abdul Osumanu, Isaac Bawa, Nicholas Bonsu, Christopher Baah, and Alfred Adomah, all of whom had notable performances in their respective leagues, further proving the depth of talent within the Ghanaian football community.
