Premier League champions Hasaacas Ladies secured a 2-0 victory over Army Ladies at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram on Saturday, claiming the 2024 Champion of Champions title.
The Doo Ladies took the lead in the 39th minute with a goal from Comfort Owusu, and Mercy Attobrah doubled their advantage in the 74th minute.
Despite dominating parts of the match, Army Ladies were unable to break through, allowing Hasaacas Ladies, the reigning champions of the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League, to hold on for the win.
The match served as a curtain-raiser for the 2024/25 season, which kicks off from October 18 to 21, 2024.
