Angola head coach, Pedro Gonçalves, has revealed a 25-player squad for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Palancas Negras will begin their campaign on September 5, 2025, against Ghana at Baba Yara Stadium. They will then return to Angola to face Sudan a few days later at Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda.
During a press conference held on Tuesday at the Angolan Football Federation headquarters, Gonçalves unveiled his squad for these crucial matches.
Key players in the lineup include Cristóvão Mabululu and Gelson Dala, who both delivered impressive performances at the 2023 AFCON tournament in Ivory Coast.
