Shareholders of Hearts of Oak have given their seal of approval to the newly appointed nine-member board during the 6th Annual General Meeting held at the Civil Service Auditorium in Accra.
The unveiling of the new board members took place on March 27, preceding the Annual General Meeting.
Maintaining continuity in leadership, His Royal Majesty Togbe Afedi XIV, the Majority shareholder of the club, retains his position as the Executive Board Chairman.
Noteworthy members from the previous board, including Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, Vincent Odotei Sowah, and Ivy Heward-Mills, continue to serve, providing valuable experience and continuity to the reconstituted board.
Joining the board is Delali Anku-Adiamah, the Managing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, who brings his expertise and insights to enhance the club's governance.
The newly constituted board also welcomes fresh faces, notably Dr. Kenneth Ashigbey, former Managing Director of Graphic Communications Group Limited, alongside Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom, Akwasi Agyeman, and Prof. Agyemang Badu Akosa. These additions bring diverse backgrounds and skills, enriching the leadership team of the club.
