
Ghana star, Mohammed Kudus put on a fantastic performance for Ajax on Tuesday night when the team locked horns with Liverpool in the Uefa Champions League.
The highly-rated forward after cementing a place in the Ajax starting eleven was named in the first eleven of the Dutch Champions today when the team travelled to England to take on the Premier League side.
In the Group A encounter staged at Anfield, Mohammed Salah scored in the 17th minute to open the scoring for Liverpool.
With the visitors putting on a fight after going behind, the team restored parity ten minutes later.
Poster boy Mohammed Kudus received a pass from winger Steven Bergwijn and fired an unstoppable shot that went into the back of the Liverpool net off the crossbar.
Going on to play 86 minutes of the exciting contest, the Black Stars main man earned a rating of 7.2 for his displays.
Courtesy of his goal today, the Ghanaian youngster has now scored in four consecutive matches for Ajax.
Unfortunately, Mohammed Kudus ended up on the losing side at the end of the 90 minutes.
A late goal from Joel Matip propelled Liverpool to secure a 2-1 victory to amass the maximum three points.
