Ghanaian giants, Obuasi Ashanti Gold SC have fumigated the Len Clay Sports Stadium ahead of the start of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.
Serving as the home venue of the Miners in past years, the Len Clay has been no different this season.
It hosted Ashanti Gold SC in the first round of the league season while witnessing a lot of goals particularly due to the attacking prowess of the side.
In the midst of the break as clubs gear up for the second round of the campaign, the club has had the match venue fumigated as part of a move to help the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic.
The club hence becomes the first club to fumigate its match venue for the second round of the Ghana Premier League season.
Meanwhile, Ashanti Gold SC will in the second round of the season share the Len Clay Sports Stadium with regional rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
The Porcupine Warriors club after using the Accra Sports Stadium for the first round have decided to move their home grounds to the Len Clay.
Be reminded that the second round of the 2020/2021 Ghanian top-flight league campaign will kick-start this weekend.
