Ghanaian international Bernard Tekpetey has completed a move to Bulgarian giants Ludogorets after ending his stay with Fortuna Düsseldorf at the end of the season.
The Ghana U-23 winger joined the Düsseldorf-based club last year on a 2-year loan deal from Schalke 04.
Unfortunately, several injury setbacks meant that Bernard Tekpetey could not deliver on the expectations of the club as they suffered relegation at the end of the 2019/2020 German Bundesliga season.
Following a rift between the Ghanaian and Fortuna Düsseldorf, his parent club Schalke decided to recall him and have now sent him on another 2-year loan stint with Ludogorets.
Bernard Tekpetey, 22, will now hope to stay away from injuries in order to grab the new opportunity he will be having at his new club to ensure he performs at the top level next season.
