Highly-rated defender Wahab Adams has expressed his appreciation to Kumasi Asante Kotoko as he reveals that the club has helped him to build his own house.
The towering and imposing center-back joined the Porcupine Warriors family in 2018 when he secured a transfer away from Aduana Stars on the back of a remarkable season.
Since arriving in Kumasi, he has been impressive for the Reds and adds quality to the backline of the team whenever he is fit and gets to play.
Speaking to Light FM in the midst of the suspended football season due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) disease, Wahab Adams has disclosed how Asante Kotoko has helped him to put up his own house.
“For the past 3 years of coming to this family, I have been able to build a house which is yet to be furnished and also have established businesses which derives me more income”, the defender shared.
He added, “This fabulous club has really helped me a lot so no player should underestimate the team”.
Adams, 26, further shared that he hopes to help Kotoko achieve its goal of winning the CAF Champions League once again.
