The family of late gospel singer Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, has debunked a fundraising poster circulating online, which claims to be raising support for the singer's wife and children.
In a post shared on his verified Instagram page on Thursday, the family shared the poster and issued a disclaimer, stating that the information is false and should be disregarded.
The poster, which carried the inscription "Support His Wife & Children," claimed that funds were being raised to provide care, comfort, and practical support for the family the singer left behind. It also directed people to a website for donations.
The family, however urged the public to report the page massively, noting that if any such initiative were to be organised, it would come from the singer's verified page.
The post read:
"Disclaimer!!! This is not true please. Please let's report this page massively. If at all something like this will come up it will be from this page. Thank you."
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Toluwanisings passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, October 14, 2026, as confirmed by his family on his verified Instagram page.
