
Nollywood actress and media personality Nancy Isime has issued a public notice warning against unauthorised representation in her name.
In a statement shared on her Instagram page, she addressed instances of certain persons purporting to act, negotiate, or represent her interests without her authority.
Isime made it clear that no individual or organisation is authorised to represent, negotiate, contract, or make commitments on her behalf unless expressly authorised by her.
She advised the public, including brands, agencies, media organisations, event organisers, producers, and business partners, to verify the authority of anyone claiming to act on her behalf before entering into any arrangement or making any payment in connection with her professional or commercial engagements.
The actress further directed that matters requiring formal legal or commercial coordination should be confirmed through her official email or her legal counsel, PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors.

"I, Nancy Isime, hereby issue this notice to the public and all relevant stakeholders concerning my representation and engagements."
"My attention has been drawn to instances of certain persons purporting to act, negotiate or otherwise represent my interests without authority. This notice is therefore issued to clarify the position and avoid any misunderstanding."
"The general public, including brands, agencies, corporate organisations, media organisations, event organisers, Producers, business partners and other stakeholders, are advised that no person or entity is authorised to represent, negotiate, contract, make commitments or otherwise act on my behalf unless expressly authorised by me."
"All persons and organisations intending to engage with me are therefore advised to verify the authority of any person purporting to act on my behalf before entering any arrangement or making any payment in connection with my professional or commercial engagements."
"For matters requiring formal legal or commercial coordination concerning me, stakeholders are advised to seek confirmation via [email protected] and/or through my legal counsel, PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors."
"I reserve all rights and remedies available to me in respect of any unauthorised representation, dealing, or transaction undertaken in my name or purportedly on my behalf."
