Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has dismissed reports of a marital crisis with her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, describing the claim as untrue and declaring that divorce is not their destiny.
The rumours began after blogger Bukky Jesse alleged that the couple were not on good terms and that Toyin had packed out of her husband's house into a newly built home.
Reacting in a blog comment section, the actress rejected the claim in strong terms, invoking her faith and praying against any negative outcome for her marriage.
She made it clear that she and her husband are not going through any marital issues, declaring in Yoruba that such a thing is not their portion or destiny. She covered her family with prayers, rejecting the report entirely.
She wrote:
"We are not in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is not our destiny; it is not our creator."
