Yemi Solade Opens Up On Misunderstanding Over Hotel Invitations

Nollywood actor Yemi Solade has addressed a common misconception about his interactions, particularly the belief that he meets women in hotels for romantic purposes.

In an interview with Feel Right, the Yoruba actor clarified that his hotel stays are often work-related, as movie productions frequently require actors to travel and stay in hotels while filming.

Solade explained that whenever he invites people, including women, to meet him where he is staying, they often misinterpret his intentions.

He noted that this misunderstanding stems from assumptions about his motives, but he maintained that his invitations are purely professional.

He said:
"Whether you're a man or you're a woman, if you want to see me, I'll tell you to come and meet me where I am, even if it is in a hotel I'm staying in. And whenever I say that to women, they think I want to sleep with them."
