Afrobeats star Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has weighed in on the greatest footballer debate, snubbing the Messi versus Ronaldo rivalry.
Speaking in a recent interview with ESPN, he named Nigerian football legend Jay-Jay Okocha as the best player in history, placing him alongside Pele while dismissing the Ronaldo and Messi conversation.
The self-acclaimed African Giant also named England captain Harry Kane as his favourite striker of all time and revealed he supports Manchester United. He picked Barcelona's teenage sensation Lamine Yamal as the best young player in the world and named Kobbie Mainoo as his favourite current Manchester United player.
He said:
"I will say Jay Jay Okocha. It is between him and Pele. I am not doing that Ronaldo or Messi stuff."
