
Nigerian singer Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr, has opened up to her fans that she recently underwent major surgery.
The 'Sability' crooner disclosed this in an Instagram story on Thursday, apologizing to her followers for her reduced presence.
Ayra Starr explained that the procedure was expected to be quick but turned out to be more complicated. She assured fans that she just needs some rest and will be back soon. She also encouraged her supporters to spread the word about her upcoming project.
She wrote:
"Hey Mobstarrs, I'm sorry you're not seeing as much of me as I would like. I had major surgery a few days ago. I was hoping it would be a quick procedure, but it was more complicated than they expected."
"I just need a bit of rest and I'll be back."
"Starr girl is coming so soon. I need everyone out there spreading the word. Tell your friends, family, neighbours. Order Starrgirl asap. Love you guys."
