
The shout of Hallelujah was on the lips of friends and family members of self-styled Paramount King of Music, Abass Akande Obesere,over his survival of a ghastly auto crash recently.
On Easter Sunday, April, 8, 2012 the talented musician was reported to have crashed his car.
He was said to be returning to Lagos around 8:30pm from a performance engagement in Ijebu Ode with his driver when the unexpected happened.
According to sources,his driver,Femi lost the control of the Lexus jeep LX470 and careened into the bush where it rammed into a tree.
But to the glory of God the talented musician,his driver and two other guys came out of the damaged car with minor injuries.
We learnt after getting first aid treatment in a nearby hospital, they were moved back to Lagos on Monday and are currently undergoing treatment at Orisunmade Hospital, Jakande Estate, Isolo, Lagos.
