It is with much pressure that the U.S. A and Canada branch of People's Liberation Council (PLC) of Western Togoland re-echoes to the world that the civility struggle of PLC has caught the eyes of Western Togolanders in Europe with admiration

Under the auspices of PLC, we hereby invite and welcome all who love and cherish Peace and Human Rights to the First ever European Conference on Western Togoland being organized in Amsterdam, The Netherlands as scheduled below:-
