
The Founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Community and Entrepreneurial Development Initiative commonly known as CEDI Ghana, Mr. Kingsley Kwaku Pinkrah who won this year’s 40 Under 40 Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award has again been awarded Young Professional Role Model Award.
At the just ended 8th Youth Professional Transformational Leadership Conference and Young Professional Role Model Award 2017, Mr. Kingsley Kwaku Pinkrah was honoured alongside other deserving individuals who include Prof. Stephen Adei (First Rector, GIMPA), Prof. KwasiObiri – Danso (Vice Chancellor, KNUST), Dr. Randy OsaeBediako (CEO, Kharis Group), Hon. Francisca Oteng Mensah (Member of Parliament), Mr. Franklin Cudjoe (CEO, Imani Ghana), Mr. Nathan Kwabena Adisi (Bola Ray; CEO, EIB Network) and others.
This award was established in November 2009 during the 1st Young Professional Transformational Leadership Conference asan annual leadership excellence and achievers award that recognizes individuals who demonstrate superior leadership both personally and professionally towards national development.

The award appreciates role models to inspire, motivate and encourage them to continue their exemplary leadership lifestyle that has the capacity to focus the youth to emulate their shining example. Selection was based on leadership excellence, professionalism, service to community and achievements.
The event was graced by Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum (Deputy Education Minister), Hon. Fiifi Kwetey (Former Transport Minister) with Hon. Andy Osei Okrah as host.
