The Germany branch of the NPP have endorsed the decision of the New Patriotic Party's National Executive Committee to suspend National Chairman, Paul Afoko for stated misconduct.
This will bring the party a lot of peace and progress in our mission to rescue Ghana from the incompetent, corrupt, and insensitive John Mahama and the NDC government. Afoko's credibility as Chairman started to collapse in view of his own acts and comments. The suspension of Afoko is appropriate and its really in the supreme interest of the party.
It is amazing loyalists of Afoko were bused to demonstrate infront of the Party Headquarters to protest against his suspension. NPP as a party has its constitution in which all channels of grievances are prescribed.
The entire leadership and members must be subject to the internal disciplinary mechanism wether they like it or not. No person is above the law. Members of the party should not contravene the party's constitution.
We want to urge all party members to stay put and work harder than before for victory 2016 Afoko is being a disruptive force in the party's united quest for political power in 2016. Let all members collectively support the decision by the NEC.That is the best way the party can unite and focus on its activities towards the 2016 general elections.
