The World Cup And The Criminal Liability OF The NDC Administration (1)

The World Cup And The Criminal Liability OF The NDC Administration 1
04.07.2014 LISTEN

'Sometimes, when people have something wrong with them, just because they don't have a plaster cast on their leg, people think they don't need help'

__Kenny Dalglish, Liverpool Football Club legend and former Manager of the Club

'When there is a problem, you look at where it started, not where it ended'

- Adam Larsen Kwarasey, Black Starts Goalkeeper

Prof. James D Watson stated: 'I am inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa because all our social policies are based on the fact that their (black people) intelligence is the same as ours (white people) - whereas all the testing says not reallypeople who have to deal with black employees find this not trueyou should not discriminate on the basis of colour because there are many people of colour who are very talented, but don't promote them when they haven't succeeded at the lower level.'

When Prof. James Watson wrote those words, self-opinionated individuals accused him of racism.

John Dramani Mahama is the luckiest person to entrench himself in power in this country. He served as an Assembly member, Member of Parliament, Deputy Minister of State, Minister of State, Vice President and now President.

During his tenure as Vice President, he said he was the de-facto President. However, he is the greatest failure in the history of this country as the occupant of the highest office in the land. What went wrong? Let us go back to Kenny Dalglish. All along, John Dramani Mahama exhibited signs of having something wrong with him. However, the fact that he did not display any visible plaster cast on his leg did not mean that he did not have one hidden on his thigh.

John Dramani Mahama is part of a family that has created, looted and shared the nation's wealth.

This is a family consisting of persons without integrity and capacity to manage this country.

The nation entrusted the management of the nation into the hands of these greedy, corrupt incompetent souls with the avowed vision, mission and objective to loot and share the nation's wealth.

Today every facet of Ghana's FIFA World Cup participation points to the fact the Prof Watson was right in his disposition about the African.

Today, John Dramani Mahama NDC administration has proved, beyond all reasonable doubt, the danger in entrusting power to a group of incompetent, greedy criminals and the truth in the words of Prof Watson.

Today, events have proved beyond all reasonable doubt the assertion by the erudite Supreme Court judge, who stated that the NDC is a machinery created by a cohort of persons of like minds who create, loot and share the nation's wealth among themselves.

Today, both pre and post FIFA World Cup events have proved beyond all reasonable doubt that a bunch of mediocre, greedy bastards, old evil dwarfs, babies with sharp teeth, leeches, parasites, thieves and liars' has captured the nation state, made it their own and raped it by creating a well-oiled machinery.

They have expertise in strategizing how to create corruption looting machineries. We, in this country, have heard of corruption machineries like SADA, GYEEDA, Woyomegate, and many more, but did we realise that another corruption looting machinery would be made out of the 2014 FIFA World Cup to loot the wealth of the nation and share them among these shameless looting brigade of bootleggers and high sea pirates.

Do you recycle persons who have proved to be corrupt and incompetent? Only a corrupt and incompetent leader appoints corrupt and incompetent person to work with. So as the Holy Bible rightly said: 'How can the devil drive out the devil?' Again one former USA President put a plague on his table with the inscription: 'The Buck Stops Here.'

People, including NDC apologetics, who appear in the media and try to shield John Dramani Mahama from wrongdoing, must have their heads and tongues examined for psychiatric defects.

Why is John Dramani Mahama NDC administration still at post? Why are the current GFA members still at post? Why have they not resigned and gone under the yoke as all disgraced ancient Romans did?  Why do Ghanaians continue to tolerate such gross impunity by persons who do not have any iota of respect and feeling for them?

I do not have any doubt that many issues will be discussed under the FIFA World Cup fiasco by many intelligent brains from different angles.

Many critical issues will be discussed. However what should be highlighted is the way in which the Mahama administration broke all the legal codes in money transfer and demonstrated to us how they have been laundering our scarce foreign exchange, and the world-wide shame they have brought onto the nation by that singular criminal act.

By this time, all the members of the Board of Directors including all the top management of the Bank of Ghana (BoG) should have thrown in their towels and left for their respective villages in shame.

I think the NDC MUST GO NOW.
Indeed, we shall not have a country to call our own by the time the NDC administration leaves office.

Let me start my own discourse of the FIFA World Cup fiasco with what appears to be the softest spot:  the colour of the jersey worn by the Black Stars.

At one time I criticised the colour of the jersey of the Black Stars. I suggested that the Black Stars should wear jersey and shorts of yellow colour with black strips and numbers and names written in black and yellow hoses as home outfit. The goalkeeper should wear all green outfits or all red outfits depending on the circumstances.

At one time, the GFA came out with an unacceptable explanation that yellow is not well captured on the TV screens.

However, many football nations, including Brazil and Columbia wear yellow jerseys. Even in Africa, Mali spots yellow jersey.

For the doubting Thomases, who would find my suggestion outlandish and think that there is nothing in colour, they should read next week's article from the BBC about the story of Brazil's 'sacred' yellow and green jersey written by Ben Smith.
