
Likpe (V/R), April 2, GNA - The West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (WASSCE) began without any hitches at the Likpe Senior High School in the Hohoe Municipal Assembly.
According to Mr Teddy Ofori, External Supervisor of the West African Examinations Council. 229 students, who registered for the examination were all present and sat for the oral English paper.
He said the papers were started on time and students were apt.
Mr Ofori was optimistic the conduct of this year's examination would be incident-free, judging from the first paper, which runs till May 15.
He warned the students against actions that are likely to jeopardise the final results.
