L'AINE Services Limited has once again added to its list of achievements.
The company was awarded the 34th Most Prestigious Company at the Ghana Club 100 Awards ceremony which took place at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra.
This moves the company 16 places up from its previous position of 50th in 2011, making L'AINE Services Limited the only HR Company to have featured in the award for two consecutive years and the 6th in the services industry.
Speaking to Dr. Mrs. Ellen Hagan, CEO of L'AINE Services, she said, 'We won this award because of our business innovation, good governance and the drive to achieve excellence in all we do.'
Dr. Hagan urged the general public to keep believing in L'AINE and advised HR practitioners to provide the best HR practices to their staff and organisations.
The Ghana Club 100 Awards, which is organised by the Ghana Investment Promotions Center (GIPC), is a ranking of the country's 100 most prestigious companies based on the factors of growth, size and profitability. Companies that make it to this list serve as role models in the private sector.
