
New Edubiase United striker Bernard Dong Bortey has been fined Gh¢ 500 (US$ 250) for insulting a Ghana Premier League match commissioner.
The incident occurred during their week 3 fixture against Asante Kotoko in Kumasi.
The former Hearts of Oak player used foul language on the match commissioner before the match when Reserve Players were ordered to proceed to their technical bench
This incident occurred in the tunnel.
Bortey's conduct is contravenes Article 35(3)(a) of the Regulation.
