The written judgements of all nine justices who heard the 2012 Presidential election petition challenging the validity of the election of John Mahama as President of the Republic of Ghana was released on Tuesday, September 3, 2013.
Although a summary of the entire judgement was read on August 29, the full 588-page judgement was released Tuesday afternoon - five days after the judgement.
