Ghanaian youngster Ema Boateng scored twice for Helsingborg in their 4-0 win over Harnosands in the Swedish Svenska Cupen on Thursday night.
Helsingborg manager Roar Hansen gave the 19-year-old his debut start of the season and he found the net twice and set up another goal as the Reds recorded an emphatic win over their third-tier opponents at the Högslättens IP.
Boateng had set up Loret Sadiku to score the opening goal for Helsingborg in the 24th minute and added his name to the score-sheet eight minutes before grabbing his brace ten minutes after the break.
The attacking midfielder had made just two appearances for Helsingborg since arriving and his form in the Cup game could earn him more playing time.
