Exodus 12:1-3, 6 “Now the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, 2 “This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year (Hebrew – Abib or Nisan) to you. 3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying: 'On the tenth of this month every man shall take for himself a lamb, according to the house of his father, a lamb for a household.
6 Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight …… (Passover).
It is so great confusion and startling, when the scriptures are compared to the activities of Christianity and the world. One will certainly question the dynamics of the lives of Christians, if they are really the called out of Christ. The word “Eclessia”, which is translated as the Church or “the Called Out Ones”, distinguishes the Believer from the World, since the Believer has been called out from the world unto the Royal Kingdom of God. One is therefore expected to see the Christian as a separate entity (being) comparative to the Pagan who lives with the traditions and customs of this world.
Christians today do not portray any characteristic which makes them different from the Pagans with the exception of Sundays when it is Church service. The scriptures say in Antioch the disciples of Christ were first called Christians because of their distinguished lives. There is no doubt the Book of Revelation refers to the present church as “synagogue of Satan”. The scriptures say “this generation worship God with their lips, but their heart is far from Him”.
God has a purpose of giving His commandments, statutes, laws and precepts. He knew the blessings, promises, privileges and the provisions that are entailed in them are to equip the believer for edification, comforts and shelter. But, doing away with these commands of God to follow after the traditions and customs of men incurs the wrath of God upon the land. The whole world is in the state of agony, distress, disorientation, chaos, confusion and quandary because the Christians have compromised their rights with Satan, and have yoked themselves together with the World.
From Exodus 12:1-3, 6 God commanded His people to observe the Passover on the first month of the year (ABIB or NISAN), which is equivalent to April. Through the means of Machiavellian, the Roman Christianity changed this all important month from being the first month unto the fourth month by substituting God's month with a goddess and its purification month . This was done to stop God's protection upon His people from the first month of the year, where the sprinkled blood on the walls would protect them from death, injury, sickness, weakness and defeat by their enemies.
Daniel 7:25 “He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand for a time and times and half a time”. This devoid the saints of the Most High of protection and made them prey unto Satan.
In 1Corinthians 5:7- 8, “Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth”. From this passage Paul was warning the Church to do away with sin, since Christ our Passover lamb had been sacrificed for us, and keep the feast. What feast was Paul talking about? Paul was talking about the Passover by which the Passover lamp had been crucified for us, and this happened on the first month, Abib or Nisan, which is equivalent to April. This was changed to conform to the Roman republican calendar.
The Roman republican calendar was a dating system that evolved in Rome prior to the Christian era. According to legend, Romulus, the founder of Rome, instituted the calendar in about 738 B.C.E. This dating system, however, was probably a product of evolution from the Greek lunar calendar, which in turn was derived from the Babylonian. The original Roman calendar appears to have consisted only of 10 months and of a year of 304 days. The remaining 61¼ days were apparently ignored, resulting in a gap during the winter season.
The months bore the names Martius (March), Aprilis (April), Maius (May), Juniius (June), Quintilis (July), Sextilis (August), Settembre (September), Ottobre (October), Novembre (November), and Decembre (December) – the last six names correspond to the Latin words for the numbers 5 through 10. The Roman ruler Numa Pompilius is credited with adding January (the Roman goddess Janus) at the beginning and February (its purification month) at the end of the calendar to create the 12-month year to be in conformity with the Jews.
Finally, in 46 B.C.E., Julius Caesar initiated a thorough reform that resulted in the establishment of a new dating system, the Julian calendar. He wanted the year to begin in January since it contained the festival of the god of gates, (later the god of all beginnings - saturnalia), so that they maintain 25th and 26th December, the festival days of the goddess Saturnalia, (ancient Egyptian and Babylonian festival for Tammuz).
Saturnalia was an ancient Roman festival in honour of the deity Saturn
held on December 17 of the Julian calendar and later expanded with festivities through December 23. It was saturnalia that usher them unto the goddess Janus. The holiday was celebrated with a sacrifice at the Temple of Saturn in the Roman Forum and a public banquet, followed by private gift-giving (Boxing Day). Now, if in Exodus 12:1-3, 6 the first month of the year was the Passover season, where our Master Jesus the Messiah was crucified; 1. then the so-called Easter, which had substituted the Passover should not be celebrated on the fourth month of the year.
2. January should not be the first month of the year, since Abib or Nisan is not translated or transliterated as January.
Our ignorance and naïve about the things of God make us usher ourselves into the Roman goddess without protection, and our new year resolutions become futile and ineffective. The blood of Jesus Christ which was shed on the first month to protect the saints against all evils throughout the year become dormant because Janus had already taken the lead. Drivers and passengers are warned when getting to the end of the year against accidents and premature deaths, why, because saturnalia needs blood to sacrifice unto a goddess Janus. May the true God opens the spiritual understanding of His chosen ones unto His majestic Word. Caution “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”! ……. Shalom!

Do we christians believe that, the old testament is the book of prophesy and the new testament the book of fulfilment?. Now, the Prophet Isaial spoke about the Passover and the lamb in Is. 53:5-7 and it came to past. Now, I want to know which prophet spoke about Easter in the old testament?.
