
Twifo Praso (CR), Nov. 12, GNA - Mr Samuel Ato Amoah is the National Democratic Congress (NDC) accredited Parliamentary Candidate for the Twifo-Atti-Morkwa constituency, Mr Samuel Adu Yeboah, Chairman of the Central Regional branch of the NDC said at the weekend.
He, therefore, appealed to supporters of the constituency to vote President John Mahama as president and Mr Ato Amoah as member of parliament for the constituency during the December 7 general elections.
Mr Yeboah was speaking at the launch of a political campaign for Mr Amoah at Praso, where he and Mrs Elizabeth Amoah Tetteh, a Deputy Minister of Education, jointly introduced Mr Amoah as the accredited parliamentary candidate for the constituency.
Mrs Amoah-Tetteh said even though she lost in the primaries she would lend her support to Mr Amoah to enable him to retain the Atti-Morkwa seat and urged all her supporters to massively vote for Mr Amoah.
Mr Amoah commended Mrs Amoah-Tetteh, Member of Parliament for the area, and executives of the party for assisting in the campaign launch and pledged that he would ensure accelerated development of the area when voted into power.
