We are ashame of what happened at the chief's palace last Sunday, when our MP. Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah walked out from the paramount chief and elders of the Awudome Traditional area when he Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah was been questioned on the statement he made at Bame, saying " if the paramount chief is disturbing, when dies it ends there". This statement was made at Bame a town of Awudome in the Volta, on the 1st of October, 2011.
Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah, was called several times to clear the air on that issue but refused to honor the invitation, the paramance used all diplomatic cable, the Volta regional house chiefs, Deputy regional minister etc which didn't work.
On Sunday 22nd of January, 2012 about 10:28am, He Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah and some friends came to the chief palace at Anyirawase and questioned by the elders, on the statement he made at Bame, concerning the assassination of the paramount chief of the Awudome traditional area.
The MP Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah stood up , throw the chair on he sat,entered his V8 4x4 and drove off leavin his friends at the palace, the paramount chief and elders returned the two bottle kasapreko dry Gin they brought to them to be given to Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah.
We the concern youth of Awudome,will decide and decide soon. No matter what Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah, cannot show that great disrespect to our paramount chief.
