Premier League side King Faisal have mutually agreed to terminate the contract of head coach Isaac Opeele Boateng.
Boateng quit city-rivals Asante Kotoko in August after an ill-fated spell to join Faisal.
The former Tema Youth coach has struggled to replicate Faisal last season's form by managing two wins, one draw and three defeats from six games.
Faisal's 1-0 loss to Chelsea of Bechem at the Sunyani Coronation Park on Wednesday fast-tracked his dismissal.
But a statement by the club said:"Management wishes to state emphatically that this decison has nothing to do with the performance of the coach, neither does it have anything to do with the management failure to oblige its contractual position."
