The human being is affected by both an internal environment and an external environment. Among the things that affect our internal environment is what we consume. I have essentially discovered what can safely cool-off my body, my internal environment, and ready for confirmation study as to what percentage of humans can see similar results, plus other essential matters on how and why it works, specifically. I went from needing/using fans for almost a month to using a blanket because my discovery (recipe) is so strong, or the dose (portion) I used was too much. There are money-making discoveries and money saving discoveries. My discovery is primarily money saving discovery, but the spin-offs may very well be worth trillion dollars and potentially help us on climate change. Only the brave will call on: 'come let's confirm through a study' and potentially learn more. Fans and air-conditioners may no longer be needed, but a want and reserved for emergency purposes. Since African governments and rich folks sponsor zero or limited research, I deem it necessary to reiterate a 'research or study strategy' I once called for.
Study Strategy: African governments and many poor countries talk about research and development (R&D), but barely act on facilitating a great environment for research initiations and research confirmations -- two different things. They always lament about 'lack of money', which I called a fractional excuse based on fractional facts. I happen to be from one of the poorest countries, the Gambia, and we can certainly shift a few billion dollars from roads and others towards research, and eventually end-up with much more roads or even personal aircrafts as an example. When I suggested Researchers Access Store (RAS), the main investment is one time, so I suggested every country should have one before building more museums, stadiums, etc. When I talked about a modified version of Marcus Garvey's call for 'return to Africa', I called for the inclusion of partial return and strategic optimization through primary specialties. Meaning, if you want permanent return to Africa, be my guest; but calling for at least five years 'service to Africa' may attract many more people. Good whites+ are doing it, but can enough capitalist educated blacks+ be altruistic? I further said: African countries should distribute tasks as primary and secondary responsibilities in smart ways. Using health as an example, By choosing 3 to 6 African countries to primarily focus on eye related matters for research and beyond, we create positive competition and easy choosing. If the Gambia, Rwanda, and Morocco are tasked with eyes, it would mean the Gambia should invest much more time and money on eyes to compete with the u.s and any country. This means Oprah Winfrey or xyz as eye specialist should not necessarily say my ancestors through gene research are from South Africa, so my love or return is to South Africa. Oprah and the countless loving white+ folks who are eye specialists would then have multiple countries to try to help.
Similarly, by choosing Ghana, Senegal, and South Africa to primarily help Africa and the world on heart related issues, even a top Gambian or Jamaican can still understand helping a University in the mentioned countries on heart matters is simply smarter. I see humankind, but understand Africa may need help most. The African Union or organisations like Ecowas should seriously understand the importance of specialities. It won't mean the Gambia or xyz will not have heart specialists, will over depend on Senegal, etc. However, it means if someone is researching and needs confirmation on a discovery, every country is open, but some countries would be more suited. It means the Gambia and every country would be pressured to start investing in R&D in at least some fields. Like a person or university may have a leaning, poor countries can have leanings on research and development (R&D). Assigning a field like electronic engineering to the Gambia can bring enormous good competition.
How hard is it for the AU, world bank, or even a caring Billionaire to offer matching funds towards research and development? World Bank: R &D is one way to help repay us or not to ever need us again, so at least five percent of all loans must now be R&D. Or: The verified dollars you spend on R&D will be among the determining factors to how much we may loan you. You can guess what demands I may suggest from AU or a caring billionaire, to save us time and space. If Bill Gates or xyz announced: Whatever money the Gambia or xyz can raise for R&D in 2026 or 2027, I will triple it , up to three or ten billion dollars. Would the Gambia claim no money for R&D, only roads for votes? Or raise one million to get three million, or raise one billion to get three billion dollars for R&D and under which other smart conditions?
The Gambia government spent millions on fans and air-conditioners, and may spend many more millions in the next ten years... It may be too much to ask 'I want million dollars' to initiate research to make better fans or eliminate the need for fans. However, after a discovery, having a research confirmation institution in every country is smart. We can also borrow the speciality idea, or different forms of collaborations. Meaning, my discovery should be confirmed in at least three countries, because each country may add weight and may see something different that may help the world. A week to two weeks investigation into this particular claim can certainly reveal I am not joking.
The Long to Short Story: I was born in the Gambia to bloody meat eating parents. So I ate meat and fish as a child, teenager, and early adulthood. My exploring (research oriented) nature led me to a vegetarian lifestyle, not knowing what it may lead to. Decades after being a vegetarian was when I became a vegan. Between the years of being a vegetarian and vegan, I discovered my body tolerated heat much more. I barely used fans and air conditioners for the past five years. However, about a month ago, my body drastically changed and I had to use a fan for about twenty days within one month. It was alarming, and I suspected a supplement I was using was the culprit. So I stopped the supplement, but a body tends to take time to adjust if ever. Apparently, God was about to show me a completely different miracle through accidental discovery.
I prepared a recipe at night, and it gave me a very long sleep. I first thought I discovered a new sleep-aid. Well, the 'sleep-aid' was not feeling hot... As a lover of sleep, I tried to replicate the recipe and the drink I took. Although my sleep improved, it was not like the first night. I however discovered my body was gradually returning to heat tolerance. I turned on the fan less, especially on the nights I used the food recipe and drink. From needing less fan to needing no fan, and needing a blanket in less than two weeks is my personal journey. Last night, I slept with my clothes on and was feeling cold at some point, so I had to use a blanket. So the effects are either too strong for my vegan body, or I must reduce the dose per night or weekly.
Study Confirmation Strategy: Choose at least two countries for a two month study. Yes, my body responded within two weeks as a vegan, but the purpose of the study is to learn much more. The reason why I want the study beyond the Gambia is because the Gambia gets slightly cold at night by December, or even November sometimes. The ‘leftover’ air of cold Europe does hit us at night. By choosing a country or two that may be in hot summer, we may get more precise confirmation, plus their scientists may also see beyond what our labs and scientists may reveal.
Three Main Groups: I want the study to have at least three main groups. Since Africans can be scared of studies, we can promise them all the recipes can be prepared while they watch -- or even co-preparing.
1. At least one hundred people as the controlled and monitored group in a special camp, hotel, or new research residential+ centre. They have to live there for about two months, we ascertain they take the recipes in different sub-groups. For example, group 1A must take the recipe every night as a side dish. Another group may skip a day or two. Another group will take it at least twice weekly. Beyond claims, all their rooms will have fans and/or Air-conditioners, and how can cameras reveal how often they use the fans+ or reach out for a blanket by when within the study? We can also have about 50% of this group have only one optional bloody meal per day, the rest being a vegan buffet for satisfaction assurance. This group can have daily tests (urine, stool, and saliva) and weekly or xyz blood tests. They will tell us how they feel every day, but what we watch may mean more. We will inform them about the cameras and certainly no cameras in their bathrooms.
2. A semi-controlled group that can stay in their respective homes, but must have their own bedrooms to avoid partner influencing. We supply them with the food, not just the recipe(s). In groups, I do not have to repeat. Should we ascertain they eat the minimum through video conferencing is for authorities to decide. I am not interested in cameras in the bedrooms of this group, but they may volunteer to solidify our claims at the end. This group can also be just about one hundred people. No daily tests, but we can have weekly or monthly tests. We may actually need another semi-controlled group on-site, a group that may use more than one side dish or drink. They can drink more off of our recipe, we record how often they eat and/or drink, and how sooner their bodies respond to change, needing a blanket or self reducing their doses.
3. The third main group can be upto one thousand people. Depending on the available finance, we may or may not supply the food, but the recipe. They can report the effects they feel. By contrasting the three main groups and sub-groups, we can deduce many things.
I do not think we can afford to wait for a special building, or wait for international funding, unless they speed-up. We can use the hotels if they offer us a good discount or free gesture, because such may bring more volunteers or reduce compensation needed for study participants. We can also 'kick-out' enough military or police for the study, but are their rooms comfortable enough, each room with a bathroom? Speaking of participants, should 25% to 50% be from the service folks? I would love to have about ten percent of participants be vegans. We talk about the importance of racial diversity in studies, but I think gender and lifestyle differences may matter much more than racial differences. Beyond this study, I urge all studies to start including vegans, at least through urging. Even some medications may work differently on vegans and may need them less, or not ever need them. So I certainly welcome equal gender numbers in this study or all studies, but they seem to be more concerned about income equality. Having at least ten Asians, ten Arabs, ten whites, etc in our sweet Gambia and which countries are heading to hot summers? Our ministry of foreign Affairs, education, or which ministry can help us partner-up in this study?
In the Gambia, we have the medical Research Council (MRC) and which other institutions who may be able to help with tests+? I have beyond family members who can testify to my largely truthful nature --'stubborn' but truthful. Even the u.s government may admit disagreements but can confirm that I am largely truthful, especially the last ten years. Claiming that I can sleep without fans in average well built rooms can be confirmed by the doubtful stranger in my life. Not everyone can be vegan like me, but over ninety percent of humankind can eat the recipe I discovered as ‘internal cooler’. With the tens of thousands of Europeans who reportedly died last year due to heat, how much can they help to sponsor such a study? The actual food recipe needed to feed 100 to 200 people is under one dollar per person, including estimated preparation cost. At home, two dollars may take you a week for poor Gambia, compared to the cost of a fan, air-conditioner, electricity, stress, etc. However, the cost of two other meals, the residential cost, the compensation cost, the special lottery cost, etc, is where we may welcome help. Big studies can offer a minor lottery at the end of the study, then enter you into bigger ones.
Special Lottery for Participants: Although Africans or blacks may be the worst in having the courage to participate in studies, the problem is worldwide and can be more just. Not all studies or research are equally dangerous or paid well. I think having national, continental, and worldwide lottery for study participants can be great and boost research prospects. This research confirmation is almost no risk at the consumption level, but living next to a stranger may be inconvenient to some. Let's say, we promise to compensate you $100 to $1000 per participant for the two months study, but we will also enter you in a special lottery to potentially win $10,000 to $1,000,000. 00 at the national, continental, or worldwide level, which can boost participation even in the western world. You can imagine how it may work, so that I do not detail the proposal level. When I lived in Montreal, Canada, they were constantly advertising for potential participants in studies. Of course some studies require certain qualifications, but it reveals even the western world does sometimes struggle to recruit study participants. If the New York Times, CNN, or xyz, suggests this idea, and every year we cover it with verifiable awards, recruiting participants may get much easier. It may serve us more than beauty pageants and more countries may then participate in research and studies through standards at the 'national association for research and study participants'. Even if every country contributes one hundred thousand dollars to the lottery, we can reward well, and how many billionaires or celebrated artists may help differently?
As said, not every research is commercial oriented. So you can argue why should study participants get hundreds of dollars, those studying the participants get thousands of dollars; the chief discoverer may get million dollars from the corporation or by winning the Nobel Peace Prize. The honest reality is much more complex and I am certainly rooting for a more just society. In this particular research, I am not too interested in turning a food recipe into a pill we can sell, like the Air-conditioners and fans. So even getting the funding may be hard, except from those who care about humanity, climate change, etc. Those in the alcohol or cigarette industry may sponsor research against cannabis, but which industry may sponsor a confirmation that will affect the air conditioners and fans industries? Perhaps hotels may have less utility bills, but only the taxpayers and ordinary folks stand to benefit most.
This is such a divine blessing, even the spin-off ideas in the article are amazing.
1. Feel free to doubt my claim, but I am certainly not demanding a dime above the participants to reveal the discovery.
2. The idea of specialties per country is re-juvenated.
3. The idea of national to worldwide annual lottery rewarding study participants is new to the best of my knowledge and every mediahouse should push for it , separately.
4. The idea of building a special research or study oriented institution , including confirmation is something a billionaire or your chamber of commerce can help realize.
The Recipe: The reason I do not want to reveal the recipe now is because I have seen good results, but I also have many unanswered questions that a study may help reveal. It is no secret that combining certain foods can boost effects in ways we never knew. So I am certain that a combination of food and consistency for about a week is the gradual secret to my discovery. I fully understand it works for me, but I am yet to even master the most ideal dose, because I do not prefer to use a blanket at this time of the year. The study can confirm and reveal a lot more. What percentage can be credited to the food recipe versus the drink recipe? What is the average time it takes for meat eaters versus vegans is vital at least at recommendation level. I am certainly enjoying no need for fans and if electricity goes off in my 'third world' country, I won't feel like joining a protest to burn down my country. For those unaware of my hint, a few months ago, Gambians were protesting electricity woes and mainly to use fans and Air-conditioners...
A formal study or confirmation is vital. We may even need to check many other things that this article or my knowledge may not guess at the moment. Countless great studies started with one person's experience. If I am intentionally lying about this experience, may God curse me. If I am telling the truth, may God bless me and proportionately curse anyone who unnecessarily doubts me. Rather than doubt or murmur endless potential excuses, face me and let God be the witness to my claims. So let us see how best to confirm this discovery, but also facilitate countless other studies through my ideas. Helping one million people with Air-conditioners may be big, but helping billions of people cool-off without Air-conditioners may be greater. May God bless Showlove Trinity: let's learn, let's work, let's have fun.
