How Spiritual Forces May Use Vibration, Influence, Control and Extraction
There are things human beings have been doing for thousands of years without fully understanding what they were doing.
We pray. We fast. We chant. We sing. We dance. We light candles. We burn herbs. We use sacred words. We enter particular places to pray. We avoid certain places. We bless objects. We protect ourselves from certain people. We speak about curses, blessings, spirits, demons, ancestors, angels, witchcraft, rituals and unseen forces.
But there is a question that is rarely asked plainly:
What is actually happening beneath all of this?
We are often taught what to do.
We are told to pray.
We are told to fast.
We are told to believe.
We are told to have faith.
We are told to avoid evil.
We are told that certain people are dangerous, certain places are dangerous and certain practices are spiritually dangerous.
But we are not always taught how the invisible side of life is supposed to work.
And this may be one of the greatest gaps in spiritual teaching.
Perhaps the problem is not that humanity was never given spiritual knowledge.
Perhaps we were given fragments of it.
Perhaps different civilizations discovered different parts of the same mystery, gave those discoveries different names, built different rituals around them, and eventually turned some of those practices into religions.
And perhaps, over time, people were taught the practice without being taught the mechanism.
That possibility leads to a much deeper question:
Could vibration be one of those missing mechanisms?
What Do We Mean by Vibration?
In everyday language, we already use the idea without thinking about it.
We say:
“I don't like the energy around that person.”
We say:
“That place has a strange feeling.”
We say:
“Something about him doesn't feel right.”
We say:
“I feel good around her.”
We say:
“After talking to that person, I feel completely drained.”
We say:
“That house feels peaceful.”
We say:
“That environment is toxic.”
We may not use the word vibration, but we are describing something that appears to change when we enter different situations.
A person can walk into a room laughing and leave it angry.
A person can spend ten minutes with someone and suddenly feel discouraged.
Another person can sit beside someone who is grieving and begin to feel the heaviness of the situation.
A song can change the atmosphere of an entire gathering.
A particular place can make someone feel calm.
Another place can make them uncomfortable.
Something happens when people, places, words, objects and experiences come together.
The spiritual interpretation of this is that existence does not consist only of physical things.
There are also conditions of force, presence and vibration.
Under the proposed Dual Vibrational Theory, these conditions can move broadly in two directions:
lower and higher.
The lower side is associated with conditions such as fear, hatred, despair, disturbance, confusion, hostility, severe attachment and destructive influence.
The higher side is associated with peace, clarity, joy, freedom, harmony, love, spiritual strength and a greater sense of connection.
Between them is a middle or transitional condition.
A person is therefore not permanently “low” or permanently “high.”
People move.
A person can wake up peaceful in the morning and become deeply disturbed by the afternoon.
Someone can spend years living in fear and eventually recover a sense of peace.
Someone can enter a relationship full of joy and gradually become consumed by jealousy, fear and dependency.
Something changes.
The question is:
What causes the change?
The Invisible Side of Life
Most people understand the physical world.
We can see a person.
We can touch a door.
We can hear a voice.
We can see money leaving a bank account.
We can see a building being destroyed.
But spiritual traditions have always spoken about another layer of existence.
Spirits.
Ancestors.
Angels.
Demons.
Deities.
Forces.
Curses.
Blessings.
Rituals.
Sacred places.
Objects carrying spiritual significance.
Different cultures use different names and explanations, but the basic idea appears repeatedly:
what we see may not be everything that is operating.
The question then becomes whether these unseen beings or forces merely exist—or whether they interact with the conditions of human beings.
This is where vibration enters the discussion.
If spiritual entities exist in different conditions, perhaps they do not interact with human beings randomly.
Perhaps there is some form of correspondence.
Perhaps not everything can connect with everything else.
Why Resonance May Matter
Think about ordinary life.
You can have hundreds of people around you and yet become deeply connected to one particular person.
You may not know why.
You simply “click.”
Another person can be perfectly respectable, but you cannot seem to connect with them.
The spiritual interpretation would ask whether this is partly about correspondence.
Something matches.
Something resonates.
Something does not.
If the spiritual world operates through different vibrational conditions, then perhaps interaction depends partly upon compatibility.
This creates a simple proposition:
The closer the correspondence, the easier the interaction may become.
That does not mean that a person must become identical to a spirit.
It means that some degree of correspondence may make contact easier.
And this changes how we think about spiritual attack.
Perhaps an attack does not simply mean that a person sends something toward another person and the other person automatically receives it.
Perhaps the spiritual process involves:
intention → attempted contact → correspondence → access → influence.
If correspondence is weak, influence may be weak.
If correspondence is strong, influence may become stronger.
This is a proposed spiritual model, but it gives us a way to think about something that religious teaching often leaves unexplained.
How a Spirit Can Lower Someone's Vibration?
This is where the subject becomes uncomfortable.
Suppose someone wanted to use a spiritual force to influence another person.
Would it always begin with something obviously supernatural?
Perhaps not.
Perhaps the first objective would simply be to change the person's condition.
Consider what happens when someone is repeatedly frightened.
They become different.
Repeated grief changes a person.
Repeated humiliation changes a person.
Repeated rejection changes a person.
Repeated conflict changes a person.
Being constantly threatened changes a person.
Being isolated changes a person.
Being kept in uncertainty changes a person.
Losing everything important to you changes you.
The proposed spiritual interpretation is that these experiences may do more than create visible problems.
They may also push a person downward vibrationally.
This is what the theory calls:
Vibrational Lowering
Vibrational lowering is the proposed process through which a person is moved from a relatively stable or higher condition toward a lower condition in which fear, suffering, confusion, attachment, despair or vulnerability become dominant.
And this creates a disturbing possibility.
What if the objective is not the suffering itself?
What if the suffering is being used to change the person's condition?
The Attack May Begin Before the Attack
Imagine someone wants to destroy another person's peace.
They may begin with small things.
An insult.
A rumor.
A betrayal.
A frightening message.
A financial problem.
Isolation.
Disrespect.
Conflict within the family.
Loss of something important.
Repeated disappointment.
Nothing appears supernatural.
Yet the person gradually changes.
They become afraid.
Then suspicious.
Then exhausted.
Then angry.
Then isolated.
Then obsessed with what is happening.
Their attention becomes trapped.
Their entire life begins revolving around the disturbance.
Under the proposed spiritual theory, this is not merely a collection of unrelated events.
It may constitute vibrational conditioning.
The person is being repeatedly exposed to conditions that move them toward a particular state.
Or if those conditions does not lower the receiver’s vibration, the sender will wait until certain times, or days where they can penetrate the universal space eg: full moons.
The proposed sequence is:
disturbance → reaction → repeated disturbance → lower condition → increased vulnerability → possible spiritual correspondence.
This is very different from simply saying:
“Someone cast a spell on you.”
The theory asks:
What if the lowering of the person's condition is itself part of the process?
Why Fear Would Matter
Fear occupies a particularly important place in this theory.
Fear changes how a person experiences everything.
A person who is afraid becomes more attentive to threats.
Every sound becomes important.
Every conversation becomes suspicious.
Every unexpected event becomes frightening.
The person begins watching.
Waiting.
Expecting.
Remembering.
Reacting.
And the more attention is given to the disturbance, the more important the disturbance becomes in the person's life.
From the spiritual perspective, one could propose that sustained fear represents a lower vibrational condition.
If that proposition is correct, then frightening someone repeatedly could have a purpose beyond frightening them.
It could keep them in a condition that is believed to be more compatible with certain forms of spiritual influence.
This is where the theory becomes a theory of spiritual control.
Control Does Not Always Look Like Control
A person being controlled does not always look like a person being controlled.
Sometimes control looks like fear.
Sometimes it looks like dependency.
Sometimes it looks like obsession.
Sometimes it looks like constantly waiting for something to happen.
Sometimes it looks like being unable to leave a relationship.
Sometimes it looks like returning repeatedly to the same person who causes suffering.
Sometimes it looks like losing confidence.
Sometimes it looks like believing that there is no alternative.
The proposed spiritual interpretation is that control may involve keeping a person's condition within a particular range.
The person does not necessarily have to be physically imprisoned.
They may be spiritually or emotionally held in a condition.
That is why the concept of vibrational attachment becomes important.
Vibrational Attachment
Have you ever noticed that something can be physically over but still feel present?
A relationship ends.
The person leaves.
Years pass.
Yet the memory remains powerful.
A particular song brings everything back.
A photograph brings everything back.
A place brings everything back.
A smell brings everything back.
A name brings everything back.
The physical event is finished.
But something remains connected.
The spiritual theory proposes that this continuing connection may sometimes represent more than memory.
It may be an energetic or spiritual attachment.
Under this theory, attention matters.
Emotion matters.
Intention matters.
Repeated remembrance matters.
The connection may remain active because something continues to feed it.
That does not mean every memory is a spiritual attachment.
It means the theory asks whether some attachments may persist because the connection itself has not been completely released.
Can Something Be Siphoned?
This is one of the most difficult questions.
Spiritual traditions around the world have described ideas resembling the transfer, loss, depletion or extraction of vital force.
Modern people sometimes describe this in ordinary language:
“That person drained me.”
“Being around him takes everything out of me.”
“I have no energy after dealing with her.”
The proposed spiritual theory takes that language literally enough to ask a further question:
Could some spiritual systems involve the transfer or extraction of force from one being to another?
This is what the theory calls:
Vibrational Siphoning
A proposed process in which one being, through spiritual interaction, attachment, ritual, influence or another mechanism, derives or extracts something from the vibrational condition of another.
The theory does not yet establish exactly what is being extracted.
It could theoretically be described as:
life-force,
attention,
vitality,
spiritual strength,
emotional intensity,
or another form of subtle force.
Different traditions would answer that question differently.
But the important point is that extraction changes the relationship between victim and beneficiary.
If one person becomes weaker while another supposedly becomes stronger, then the interaction is no longer simply influence.
It becomes exploitation.
The Person Who Feeds on the Person
This gives us another way to understand certain spiritual traditions' warnings about dangerous relationships, entities, rituals and attachments.
The alleged problem may not always be:
“Something wants to kill you.”
It may be:
Something wants to keep you connected.
Because connection can provide access.
Access can provide influence.
Influence can provide control.
And control may provide the opportunity for extraction.
The proposed chain therefore becomes:
Connection → Access → Influence → Control → Extraction
This is the heart of the spiritual exploitation model.
Why Would Religion Teach Prayer Instead?
Now we reach the question that motivated this entire discussion.
If these mechanisms existed within spiritual traditions, why were ordinary people often taught primarily to pray, fast, obey, repent, believe and avoid sin?
There are several possible explanations.
The first is simplification.
Religious institutions may have taken complicated spiritual ideas and converted them into practices ordinary people could understand.
Instead of explaining every supposed spiritual mechanism, people were told:
Pray.
Fast.
Believe.
Do not participate in certain practices.
Stay close to God.
Avoid evil.
That may have been intended as protection rather than concealment.
But there is another possibility.
Knowledge can create power.
If people understand how a system supposedly operates, they become less dependent upon the person claiming to control that knowledge.
That raises a much more uncomfortable historical question:
Could some religious institutions have preserved the practice while restricting deeper knowledge about the mechanism?
We should not automatically answer yes.
That claim requires evidence.
But it is a legitimate question to investigate.
Because throughout human history, knowledge of hidden systems has often been associated with authority.
The person who understands the ritual becomes important.
The person who interprets the invisible becomes important.
The person who claims to know why something happened becomes important.
And the person who controls the explanation can sometimes control the response.
Perhaps the Missing Knowledge Was Not Prayer
Prayer may still have a place.
Fasting may still have a place.
Faith may still have a place.
The problem may be that these practices were sometimes presented as the whole explanation.
Perhaps the deeper question should have been:
What is prayer changing?
What is fasting changing?
What is the spiritual condition before prayer?
What happens during prayer?
What happens afterward?
What makes one ritual supposedly effective and another ineffective?
Why are particular words used?
Why are particular places considered sacred?
Why do sound, rhythm, chanting and repetition appear repeatedly in spiritual practice?
Why do some traditions emphasize protection before entering certain spiritual practices?
These questions move us from instruction toward mechanism.
And mechanism is where spiritual knowledge becomes much more interesting.
Sound May Be More Important Than We Realize
Consider how many spiritual traditions use sound.
Prayer.
Chanting.
Singing.
Drumming.
Recitation.
Mantras.
Sacred names.
Declarations.
Call and response.
The spoken word.
This is not accidental in many traditions.
Sound changes an environment.
A congregation singing together becomes different from a congregation sitting silently.
A crowd chanting together becomes different from individuals standing separately.
A particular word can bring an entire community into a shared state.
The spiritual interpretation goes further:
Perhaps sound is not merely communication. Perhaps sound is a means of producing or directing vibrational conditions.
That proposition appears in various spiritual traditions, although the specific explanations differ.
And if sound can alter conditions, then words may matter in a deeper way than their dictionary meanings.
The question becomes:
Could some spiritual words function not only because of what they mean, but because of what they are believed to activate?
That is a question worth investigating.
The Problem of Spiritual Ignorance
Perhaps the greatest vulnerability is not weakness.
Perhaps it is ignorance of the rules of the environment in which one is operating.
Imagine entering a complicated machine room without knowing what any of the switches do.
You can still touch them.
But you do not know what you are activating.
Spiritual traditions have long warned people about entering certain practices without preparation.
But ordinary people are often given instructions without explanations.
Do this.
Do not do that.
Pray this.
Avoid that.
Fear this.
Believe that.
But rarely:
Here is the proposed mechanism.
That is the gap this theory wants to investigate.
Awareness Changes the Relationship
If a person believes that every strange event is random, they may have no framework for understanding it.
If they believe every event is automatically supernatural, they may also become vulnerable.
The theory proposes a third position:
Understand the proposed mechanism. Observe carefully. Discern. Do not surrender your judgment.
Knowledge does not necessarily eliminate spiritual vulnerability.
But ignorance may increase it.
A person who understands the possibility of manipulation may notice manipulation earlier.
A person who understands attachment may recognize when they are continually returning to the same destructive connection.
A person who understands fear may recognize when fear is being deliberately maintained.
A person who understands ritual may ask what the ritual is intended to accomplish.
And a person who understands the difference between belief and knowledge can investigate without becoming a prisoner of either.
Toward a Dual Vibrational Theory
The theory we are developing can therefore be stated simply.
Human beings exist within changing conditions.
Those conditions may be understood spiritually as vibrational states.
These states can move toward lower or higher conditions.
Spiritual entities, according to the theory, may also exist within different conditions.
Interaction may depend partly upon correspondence.
Correspondence may produce access.
Access may permit influence.
Influence may become control.
Control may potentially become exploitation.
And exploitation may, under the most speculative part of the theory, involve extraction or siphoning.
The proposed spiritual process is therefore:
VIBRATION
↓
STATE
↓
CORRESPONDENCE
↓
ALIGNMENT
↓
ACCESS
↓
INFLUENCE
↓
CONTROL
↓
EXTRACTION
But the process can also move in the opposite direction:
AWARENESS
↓
DISCERNMENT
↓
NON-ALIGNMENT
↓
RESISTANCE
↓
SEPARATION
↓
RECOVERY
↓
HIGHER STATE
This is not a claim that every experience of fear, exhaustion, illness, conflict or loss is caused by spirits.
It is not a claim that every religious teaching is deliberately deceptive.
It is not a claim that spiritual energy has already been scientifically measured in the form proposed here.
It is a spiritual theory—an attempt to organize a set of ideas that have appeared in different traditions into one model and then ask whether that model can explain something that ordinary religious instruction often leaves unexplained.
The deeper question is therefore not simply:
“Do spirits exist?”
The deeper question is:
“If spiritual entities and forces exist, what are the rules by which they interact with human beings?”
And perhaps that is the question humanity should have been asking all along.
Because knowing that a fire exists is not the same as knowing how fire spreads.
Knowing that a river exists is not the same as knowing how its current moves.
And knowing that the spiritual world exists is not the same as understanding the rules by which the invisible may interact with the visible.
That is where the investigation truly begins.
