Aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu, has called for unity and renewed commitment as the party works to rebuild its structures ahead of its return to power.
He said the successful completion of the NPP’s regional elections demonstrates the resilience and commitment of party members.
According to him, the party must use the momentum from the elections to strengthen its structures and position itself for victory in future elections.
"As we celebrate this milestone, we must remain united, focused, and determined to rebuild the NPP into an even stronger and more formidable force for victory,” John Boadu said in a social media post on Monday, September 7.
The former NPP General Secretary made the comments after joining the Ashanti Regional NPP Thanksgiving Service held on Sunday, following the successful regional elections.
He joined the Regional Chairman, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, and other regional executives at the service to give thanks to God for His guidance and protection throughout the electoral process.
“The successful elections are a testament to the resilience, unity, and commitment of our great party in the Ashanti Region," he noted.
Mr Boadu also called for renewed efforts to strengthen the party’s structures and ensure that its leaders work together towards restoring the NPP to power.
