National Homeownership Fund set to drive housing innovation

The Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui, has described the National Homeownership Fund’s work as pivotal to advancing the government’s housing agenda.

Speaking at the Fund’s 4th Annual General Meeting, she praised its efforts to nurture strategic partnerships, noting that such collaborations are positioning the Fund to bridge the gap that makes housing inaccessible to many Ghanaians.

Mr Tetteh-Agbotui emphasised that these partnerships represent an important step in strengthening the Fund’s capacity to attract and deploy appropriate housing finance.

She added that the Fund’s willingness to engage continental partners demonstrates its resolve to develop innovative solutions to Ghana’s housing challenges.

She expressed confidence that the Fund will continue to evolve into a more innovative, commercially responsive, and impactful institution, while remaining firmly anchored to its public interest mandate.
