Alagumgube Association brings hope to mother of triplets in Bongo District

The Alagumgube Association has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting vulnerable members of society by extending a helping hand to Madam Akanpune Paulina Atipoka, a 27-year-old mother from the Agamolga community in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region.

Madam Paulina, who recently gave birth to triplets, two girls and one boy, has been facing severe financial hardship, making it extremely difficult to provide adequate food and other necessities for her children. Moved by her situation, the Association donated one 100kg bag of early millet (Naara) and GH¢760.00 in cash to support the family.

The donation was presented on behalf of the Alagumgube Association by its Upper East Regional Executives, together with the Association's African Executive Chairman, reaffirming its mission of supporting vulnerable families and promoting community welfare.

During the presentation, the Upper East Regional Vice Chairman encouraged Madam Paulina to remain hopeful and strong, describing her triplets as a special blessing from God. He assured her that although raising three children at the same time comes with enormous challenges, the blessings they bring are equally great. He urged her to nurture and care for them with love, dedication, and faith.

Receiving the support with gratitude, Madam Paulina expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Alagumgube Association for coming to her aid during this difficult period. She appealed to individuals, organisations, philanthropists, and the general public to channel additional support through the Association to help provide food, clothing, healthcare, and other essential needs for her children.

The Association noted that the triplets are healthy, beautiful, and full of promise, deserving every opportunity to grow up in a caring and supportive environment. It therefore called on all well-meaning Ghanaians to join hands in supporting the family and giving the children a brighter future.
