Mr President, the strident urchin, Kevin Taylor, is not beyond reproach, penalise him as well!

The extremely serious act of terrorism being carried out by the clamorous and patently bitter social media terrorist, Kevin Taylor, who domiciles in the United States of America, should not be overlooked by both the American Authorities and their Ghanaian counterparts.

Obviously, Kevin Taylor is hiding behind the cloak of American democracy, and squeamishly and unjustifiably abusing innocent people and inciting thugs to cause harm to his adversaries with unabashed disgust.

Needless to say, freedom of opinion and expression is not an absolute right in national and international jurisprudence. In fact, this right, like others, may be restricted to protect and balance other rights and interests.

Evidently, the boisterous geezer, Kevin Taylor, has been hiding behind the free speech and opinion of expression and consistently requesting, urging, advising, and counselling, tempting, commanding, and more so enticing hoodlums to cause harm to others.

Suffice it to say, incitement, instigation, abetment and solicitation are all common to various criminal codes world-wide, including the United States of America and Ghana.

Besides, hate speech – the advocacy of hatred based on nationality, race, tribe or religion – occupies an exceptional position in international law, encapsulated in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and Articles 19 and 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights(ICCPR).

The recent extraneous arrests and detentions of the alleged offenders of free speech are not mere coincidence, in the sense that President Mahama promised during his meet the press gathering in 2025 that the authors of ‘irresponsible speech’ on the social media were going to be located and brought to book through their IP addresses.

Apparently, in Ghana, and Africa as a whole, our conducts are mostly guided by the majoritarian African culture of respect, so it is quite alarming when some boisterous brats like Kevin Taylor would hide behind the social media and preach hate speech and incitement and abuse all sorts of people, including the Asantehene, the Akyemhene, the Volta chiefs, the Fante chiefs, amongst others, without any stiff punishment.

The vociferous Kevin Taylor has consistently been trampling upon the living, the dead, the spirits, and the gods, without any apparent reasons.

Comical Taylor has regrettably been hiding behind the cloak of freedom of opinion and expression and persistently abusing innocent people and inciting hate speech day in and day out without any comeuppance.

Suffice it to stress that incitement, instigation, abetment and solicitation are all common to various criminal codes world-wide, including Ghana, and the United States of America where the social media terrorist, Kevin Taylor, domiciles.

My dear reader, we must not and cannot lose sight of the fact that most wars, crimes and genocides which were perpetrated against humanity were arguably expedited through the use of hate speech, aimed at securing popular support for illegal and violent action.

We can attest to the Nazi hate speech which preceded the Holocaust, the Radio and Television hate speech which preceded the Rwandan Genocide and al-Qaeda hate speech which preceded the attacks on the World Trade Centre on September 11, 2001.

To be quite honest, the voluminous evidence can be found on the social media platforms on how the boisterous Kevin Taylor blasphemously talking down the Quran and The Bible with unabashed disgust.

The loudmouthed Kevin Taylor evidently insults people indiscriminately, and once vowed evocatively to burn some chiefs and their palaces. How insolent?

SO it was quite unfortunate and somewhat disgusting when between July and August 2025, while in Ghana, the abusive Kevin Taylor was set free over his charges of smearing a judge and a competent court of jurisdiction.

More regrettably, it was alleged that the state used the taxpayers money to protect the insulting Kevin Taylor and his family whilst in Ghana. How bizarre?

My dear reader, let’s be honest, if those who put the state resources at the disposal of the irresponsible Kevin Taylor are not obdurate nation wreckers, who are they?

If you would recall, sometime in 2025, we observed, read, heard, and watched a multitude of ebullient social media commentators, apparently immersed in a gamut of emotions on the revoltingly ugly and somewhat incoherent and preposterous pronouncements over an alleged fake doctor by a certain importunate social media broadcaster, who goes by the name, Kevin Taylor.

If you may also remember, my dear reader, it was Kevin Taylor, who mulishly encouraged an alleged United States of America trained doctor to commit a crime.

By so doing, Kevin Taylor is criminally liable to the same extent as the alleged fake doctor.

Back then, the uninitiated Kevin Taylor unabashedly attacked, abused , and threatened court action on individuals who doubted the credentials of the alleged fake doctor.

Incredibly, Kevin Taylor asserted somewhat audaciously that the said doctor received her medical training from John Hopkins University and practises in the United States of America, and therefore he is ready to lock horns with anybody who tries to bring her reputation into disrepute.

But, after ignobly abusing everybody over the credentials of the said doctor, it turned out that, the lady was, after all, not a medical doctor.

My dear reader, please tell me, what does that make of the vociferous Kevin Taylor then?

Your guess is as good as mine.
After all, it is often said that ‘the successful trial and the subsequent crucifixion of ‘Satan’ would require a witness from hell’.

Sometime in 2025, the debonair journalist, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, alleged that he has admissible evidence which suggests that the social media terrorist and the so-called anti-corruption crusader, Kevin Taylor, is not the perfect creature as he would like his admirers to believe. He is a descendent of Biblical Adam, after all.

Okatakyie alleged that the social media terrorist, Kevin Taylor and his fake doctor friend had been engaging in “blackmailing and money laundering”.

However, following the Okatakyie seemingly chilling revelation, there were avalanche of criticisms and protestations against him for alleging that Kevin Taylor has some “skeletons in his cupboard”.

Well, it beats my imagination as to how and why the Kevin Taylor’s bandwagon would want us to believe that he can do no wrong.

In fact, the obstreperous Kevin Taylor’s fanatics may well have to research into the double lives of the resplendent individuals like Eugène François Vidocq (July 24, 1775 – May 11, 1857).

Interestingly, critical observers have been broaching somewhat controversially that “criminals make excellent detectives”. But how true is that?

Eugène François Vidocq was a French criminal and criminalist, whose life story inspired several writers, including Victor Hugo, Edgar Allan Poe, and Honore de Balzac.

The former criminal, Eugène François Vidocq, became the founder and first director of the crime-detection Sûreté Nationale as well as the head of the first known private detective agency. Vidocq is considered to be the father of modern criminology and of the French police department. He is also regarded as the first private detective.

The Kevin Taylor diehard followers could also take time off and skim through the idiosyncratic story of John Joseph Connolly Jr.

John Joseph Connolly Jr was born on 1^st August 1940. He is a former FBI agent who was convicted of racketeering, obstruction of justice and murder charges stemming from his relationship with James "Whitey" Bulger, Steve Flemmi, and the Winter Hill Gang.

The story is told, though vividly, that State and federal officers had been trying to imprison Whitey Bulger for years, but Bulger evaded capture until 2011.

And, as the FBI agent for Bulger and Flemmi, Connolly (who had grown up in the Old Harbour Housing Project with Bulger) had been protecting them from prosecution by supplying Bulger with information about possible attempts to catch them.

In sum, Connolly was indicted on 22^nd December 1999, on charges of alerting Bulger and Flemmi to investigations, falsifying FBI reports to cover their crimes, and accepting bribes

In a related incident, an internal FBI report kept under wraps for three years, details dozens of cases of agents fired for egregious misconduct and crimes, including drug trafficking, attempted murder, theft, misuse of informants and consorting with prostitutes.

The report, however, found that about one in 1,000 agents dismissed for serious misconduct or criminal offenses by the FBI during the period examined, from 1986 to 1999. The average was between eight and nine per year (See: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/years-of-fbi-agent-crimes-detailed/).

We can indeed attest to numerous instances whereby once trusted detectives have secretly turned into hardened criminals. It is an illustrative case of ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’. After all, they are imperfect human beings.

Astonishingly, a former British Police Detective was convicted of two raids on the same village post office at Bentley Heath, West Midlands, during which he terrified staff and customers with an imitation firearm. Profiting by £47,500 from the crimes, he was preparing to rob a bank when the car he was driving was stopped by police (See: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/.../Ex-detective-who-turned-to-crime-jailed-for-12-years.ht).

Truth be told, much as the Kevin Taylor brassbound admirers may have valid reasons to defend him against any perceived unfair criticisms and attacks, we cannot and must not swiftly ward-off any allegations without conducting proper investigations.

As I have delineated on the previous paragraphs, any agencies or individuals that have the privilege to investigate or uncover misdeeds can also commit same heinous crimes in the process.

In that regard, isn’t it fair for anybody who has any concerns to call for a probe into the dealings of such persons?

I must, however, stress that I do not have any problem with Okatakyie somewhat plangent, albeit sound calls to Kevin Taylor’s fans to be mindful of his antics.
