Moses Armah, popularly known as Mospaka, the renowned Ghanaian businessman and president of Medeama Sporting Club, has expressed strong optimism about the economic prospects for businesses within the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality.
Speaking recently, he noted that the municipality stands to gain significantly should Medeama SC secure participation in either the CAF Champions League or the CAF Confederation Cup.
According to Mr. Armah, the club’s involvement in these prestigious continental competitions would draw wider attention to Tarkwa Nsuaem and stimulate increased economic activity. He explained that the influx of fans, media personnel, and football officials during such tournaments would open new opportunities for local enterprises, boosting growth and prosperity across the municipality.
With Medeama SC pushing for success beyond domestic football, the club’s leadership sees potential continental exposure as a powerful catalyst for business expansion and community development.
Mr. Armah’s outlook underscores a broader understanding of how sporting excellence can drive local economic and social progress, reinforcing the deep and longstanding connection between football and commerce in Tarkwa Nsuaem.
