Blacks lack the capacity and the strong discipline to govern. True or False?

2.5 million white settlers were able to build South Africa to almost European standards. Now over 55 million blacks have taken over and within a period of three decades, water shortages, no electricity, no jobs, no habitable houses, no transport networks and no security. Blackman story! Just think about that.

But before that:-
Religion unfortunately has become a problem in Africa. Just look at that ragtag ugly-looking evil dude who shows himself up as a pastor, he told his many many fools that the world will come to an end on Christmas day, that the world will seize to exist on 25th December. Now we are told that he collected huge sums of moneys from many gullible fools and with that money, he has got himself a brand-new Mercedes Benz saloon car. Apparently after the deadline for the world to end had passed, his response to his many fools and the rest of us was that God had changed his or her mind.

Now, with all things considered this stand to be a major public scam perpetrated against believers but Ghana as it were, where probity, accountability, integrity and discipline is completely absent, this dirty shit of a criminal will continue enjoying his Mercedes Benz ride until when he goes to scam people in say, America. That will be the only time his criminal escapades will catch up with him. But for now, he is safe in black Africa's, Ghana. Now you see what I am getting at? Good. Let's continue in our blissful ignorance.

Now back to Black Africans and governance

We need strong, disciplined characters to govern us without which even the Bible and Quran will fail, let alone the magna carta.

Talking about we blacks lacking the capacity and the strong discipline to govern ourselves, how come Nigeria our biological brodas and sistas, they claim to have the biggest army in West Africa and yet for 20-25 years, they haven't been able to subdue rag-tag army in boko haram so now our puppet masters America with a racist bull head Trump had to be called in to enforce safety and security. My country Ghana too, with billions and billions getting stolen or taken away every year, we as a country formerly known as Gold Coast cannot boast of even one military transport plane to carry our troops to go help our raster friends in Jamaica. So now you understand me, don't you. At this rate of non-performance of our leaders, we might as well ask the masters to come take over and govern us again la.

Discipline and capacity to govern

Given the rate and the scale to which the whole economy got damaged under Akufo Addo, Bawumia and the rest of them. An economic maladministration which brought acute hardships to many Ghanaians. A man-made economic blunder which brought so much suffering to a point where some sadly not only lost their life savings but even losing their lives. Given what had happened, a situation of unfair contradictions by which the proponents of such calamity are themselves very wealthy while the remaining majority continue suffering. Where is the accountability, where's the probity. In those matured jurisdictions where governance is taken seriously, an open, transparent inquisitions would've been triggered. Why is it that the few ongoing investigations are all hidden from the public and for reasons all the top people who had been part of the recent mis-governance in the country are all roaming free with some vying to become president. Why should such public interest probes be in secrecy.

Governance from the people, by the people for the people in openness. No more kataso mua muaso biaa. Do not cover up to protect anyone, including Akufo Addo and Abu Tricka

From Akufo Addo, Bawumia to the last floor member in that government, is any of them too big or too posh to be interviewed about their various roles in government? Why should it be that Abu Tricka, the Internet scam rat be forced to answer interrogators questions even though the law says he has the right to remain silent. Imagine if any of those filthy rich politically exposed kingpins had been put under such immense pressure while still being filmed, hell would've broken loose and the organised partisan demo would be raging on all the way into next year 2026. Why can't the public know that Akufo Addo or Bawumia have been invited to attend a special public finance committee meeting to answer vital questions. And if they've not been invited, why? Are they too big to be made to account to their people?

No wonder for this non-disclosure methods in practice by the present mahama government, rumours are rife and rampant to the effect that suspected embezzlers are being pardoned quietly even before they protest or admit to anything, all behind closed doors within the safe confines of power corridors. Whether this holds any truth or not, it is impossible to assess. The question is why are we not being informed about who is being investigated and for what. If after investigations it becomes clear that all suspicions and allegations are unfounded, persons concerned would then move on and live their lives in peace, quietly as deserved. This is how things should be. Anything else and the propensity of almighty unhealthy suspicions and conjectures, accusing fingers pointing to authorities of official cover ups aimed at protecting the elites in society. In the end, too much unpardonable misdeeds have taken place, and for that, accountability is required, it must be enforced and must be attained.

And now, constitutional reformers want or are recommending more duplicate public institutions to augment the status quo. What should be understood is that laws without the force behind it is meaningless, very impotent. If we enforce existing laws adequately, Ghana will be fine. The constitution documents may need some slight changes but, in the end, laws can only work if we make them work. We need strong, disciplined characters to govern us without which even the Bible and Quran will fail, let alone the magna carta.
