FABEMOS is acronym for: Freedom Aid Before Military Options or Sanctions. The saying what was done in the secret will come to light includes positive moves in love for country and the world. The Gambia was at some dangerous points and I always wanted peaceful removal of then Yahya Jammeh. So God forced my return to the Gambia for many reasons I may not know, but the effects or evidence hints it includes to save my country. I do not want to bore you with why I am re-submitting it as a more formal document that should be included in the Wikipedia file of the Gambia, myself, Algeria, and perhaps Sudan... The original file was a secret document in 2013, except to western powers. When Algeria had problems, I made it public for the Westerners+ to use the idea with trusted Algerians, but I am not even sure if any major media house published it. Now that Sudan is having issues where the idea may help and I have much broader audience, I deem it vital to 're-publish' the evidence for learning purposes and every good...
Considering some western powers were reportedly involved in trying to illegally remove Jammeh and endanger the Gambia, should Trump open the files to reveal more knowledge as to why they rejected me or the plan? Not interested in putting people in trouble, but only more truth for learning and to help Gambians understand a history many are yet to know enough.

Dear Mr. Harper,
Allow me to thank you and Canada for the opportunities God has given me through you. More importantly, allow me task you greater opportunities for Canada, the Gambia, and beyond.
The History between Canada and The Gambia or Africa at large is fairly good but could be lot better. It takes innovative leaders with caring hearts and minds to make a difference and be part of positive history. It was a smart a Canadian leader who opted for sanctions against South Africa to end apartheid when weaker western leaders chose indifference before joining the wave of change towards justice and freedom to all.
In a few days, you will be using Canadian Tax payers money to travel and Honor the Honorable Nelson Mandela of South Africa. Will you reluctantly shake hands with president Yahya Jammeh and come back to Canada with the near indifference to the lack of basic freedom in the Gambia ? Or will you accept the innovative idea of “Freedom Aid Before Military Options or Sanctions (Fabemos)” (Fabemos) . Fabemos is a simple idea I came up with that can be used beyond the Gambia and beyond the means I will suggest with the Gambia.
What Kind of Fabemos can we use with the Gambia ? By helping a Gambian with TV and Radio equipment to broadcast from Senegal, we can easily improve freedom for Gambians towards change and force Jammeh to exile or use military option if need be. It is no secret that President Jammeh denied TV license to Gambian Business men and closed many radio stations for interpreting newspapers in local languages and other flimsy reasons. Understanding the brutal nature of President Jammeh, he is highly likely to hunt down the family members of any Gambian who dares challenge him in the manner I am suggesting. So Fabemos must include giving asylum to relatives of the chosen leader or leaders.
I will gladly take the responsibility of heading the Fabemos Refugee TV and Radio for the Gambia in Senegal. We already have fairly respectable Gambian journalists in Senegal as refugees. They are allowed to do business there and every Gambian should be allowed to operate a media from Senegal. Convincing the Senegalese shouldn't be hard and I have smart suggestions we can negotiate with the Senegalese before and after the liberation of the Gambia. We will respect the laws of Senegal including using French where need be and we should be allowed to use English occasionally and the local languages we coincidentally share with Senegalese. Our primary motive will be political change but we should operate as a sincere media would have in the Gambia. I have no problem covering Jammeh or giving him his dues through the refugee TV and Radio. Although now I consider Jammeh to be much more corrupt than I initially admitted, I still believe he occasionally talks about social ills of Gambians in a truthful manner. It is rather unfortunate that many Gambian politicians and Journalists are not admitting enough that we have lot more than political problems. Rather than merely assuring you, please feel free to look into my writings to understand my love for Africa is huge but my love for truth is greater. Both youtube and facebook has an article I titled, “Are black parents worse than some slave masters”? I believe the message in that article and what I am yet to reveal is stronger and more effective than many international funding to help Africa beyond “birth control”. Although I am yet to consider myself a leader who needs highly diplomatic language, if I were to run a media house, I fully understand the need to be diplomatic even to my opponents.
I will suggest the Canadian Government should collaborate with the U.S on this issue for many reasons, including the possible use of military option if need be. Few months ago, it was rumored that some forces are training in Senegal to topple the Jammeh government and were backed by foreign governments. Considering the small nature of the Gambia among other things, I believe any military intervention must be smart, precise, and quick or too many people will die. This is precisely why I rejected how Senegal, Through then president Wade, were seemingly trying to use force. The U.S has the military muscles I can trust if military option should be needed.
Getting the U.S involved in the beginning can also reduce the burden on Canada on the equipment needed and the granting of asylum to my large family. How can we secure and justify the donation of such equipment? I happen to be running a registered charitable organization called Simple Initiatives to Improve African Lives (siial). With government support, many media houses will gladly donate their old equipment to us with or without tax waving value. Recently the Gambia Radio and Television Services (GRTS) received many equipment as donation. Whoever is donating to GRTS should gladly help Fabemos Refugee TV and Radio or the governments that understand how GRTS is used against Gambians by Jammeh should arm us before arming rebels and terrorist groups who may scramble the Gambia.
The thousands of Gambian Refugees within the U.S and Canada is costing the mentioned governments lot of money. We have the choice to keep accepting refugees or give people refuge in their homeland at a fraction of the cost beyond money. Then Gambians can be tourists and business partners beyond U.S and Canada. The Gambia happens to be very small with loving people whose mistaken choices are mendable. Building the Gambia through democracy and reasonable economic help will send the best signals to Africa at large. There is a high possibility of getting a Senegambian federation if you get me involved. Senegal is already a darling interest of both Canada and the U.S, a peaceful Senegambia will be of higher interest to Africa, U.S, Canada, and the world.
Although you know many of the atrocities by Jammeh. He may be lot worse than you and I assume. Recently, I have discovered a super low level of corruption he is involved in and yet to be reported in any media. Until my family is out of the Gambia, I have decided that it will be too dangerous for me to keep writing against Jammeh. I am in Canada, he cannot get me, but he can get my family. One day, I may be out of Canada and the earth to face a God who may question me if I Gamble my Family and Gambians rather than use my faculties. I consider displacing my family to cold Canada a reasonable sacrifice or blessing. And I consider fabemos and smarter military options to be more caring to Gambians than weak rebels or even a stronger Senegalese army to try to topple the Jammeh government. With my suggestions and ideas I am yet to unveil, we can remove Jammeh within twelve months, peacefully or with minimal casualties. It is not wise to wait for the Hague Courts on Jammeh. We have enough evidence that he has done, doing, and capable of worse than many leaders who are tried or confronted by international forces. Let us try smart ideas before force.
Once again, I urge you to be pioneers, innovators, and liberators. I am readily available to answer any question or concerns you may have. As usual, I will continue to pursue this cause with or without government help. I will appeal to the public even if it means writing a book and movie using my name with masked characters, or writing articles anonymously. I hope you will give it serious thought and work with me towards a new Gambia, new Africa, and new World.
Sincerely,
Jarga Kebba Gigo.
Note: My return to Canada is not just to become a billionaire, or at least a millionaire through innovative ideas like Badafos green fence, but to effect worldwide changes, including changing governments and improving lives. I woke up at around 4 am this morning to write to you when I could have been writing and sending resume. This shows how much of a priority a change of government in the Gambia means to me. I would have normally keep it for about three days to sharpen the writing but time is too important an issue to anyone who cares about the Gambia. I hope you will forgive me the grammatical errors and sharpen language you deserve but also hoping you understand Gambians deserve lot more speedy rescue than what you may deserve from me. I thank you again and Hope you will seriously work with me on this.
NB: The following is just part of my upcoming book and may be modified but it has diplomatic thoughts with less diplomatic language that may help convince you to act.
A Oh Canada
Before I sing “Oh Canada” as a citizen, let me write A Oh Canada for where I am a natural citizen. Let me write a Oh Canada for Gambia, Canada, and the world. Oh Canada, what type of leader(s) and citizens you had when you softly fought apartheid before many western countries? It is hard to be a pioneer in thoughts, words, or actions. Even embracing pioneers is not easy. Oh Canada, it is easy to love Mandela and Honor him with tax payers money. Oh Canada, what kind of leaders and citizens you have towards African dictators ? Do you give honorary refugee, honorary citizens, honorary immigration policies, or honorary foreign policies ? Are you selective of people you help because of talents or selective of governments you help because of natural resources ?
Oh Canada, we thank you for helping the Gambia with its first university. Or may be I should say, we half thank you, not partially thank you. Now we have more graduates, some runaway, and some beg with lies with your university stamp. Oh Canada, your Gambian graduates are in self censorship and begging for freedom. Oh Canada, I am not am among your university students but I am envied by many of your university students. I am a student of God in Gambia, in U.S, in Canada, and hopefully in and for the whole world. Oh Canada, you know the potential of Fabemos beyond the Gambia but what type of leaders and citizens do you have? I believe just as God has helped me without university education, God can help the Gambia with or without Canada. Oh Canada, will you take the opportunities of helping the Gambia beyond Fabemos? Loan us the equipment or donate it to us. Oh Canada, are you always invited by the U.S or are you capable of inviting the U.S and doing good if they disagree?
Oh Canada, We thank you for helping many Gambians, including myself. You have indeed intimidated me with the U.S but not close to what Jammeh is capable of. You fear my thoughts, past actions, or prefer me differently. Oh Canada, I may cowardly misinterpret you and the U.S but you know the evils you did to me and my people. Oh Canada, today you are lot better or at least seem better. I suspect you are capable of good or evil towards me for my thoughts but I strongly doubt if you will ever harm my family for my choices. You may use the NSA or your NSA to hunt me lawfully and unjustly but I doubt if you are capable of physically harming me, except with reckless police. Oh Canada, You know and I know that Jammeh is capable of physically harming me and/or my family for my choices. Oh Canada, am not a coward, am only cautious. I do not mind to gamble my family but reasonably. Oh Canada, do you prefer hundred honorary refugees for Fabemos or thousands of selective refugees who may still have to self censor for their family?
Oh Canada, We thank you for helping the Gambia through IMF or is it for your citizens and interest? I met a seemingly nice Canadian working for IMF in the Gambia. He was so glad when He saw my Alberta license plate vehicle in the Gambia. He coincidentally work with my friend, he told my friend, he wanted to see me. I met him, I started to brag, I am writer and sometimes write against Jammeh. He told me, “Tell the Truth, don't you sometimes censor yourself” ? I had to admit because God told me to. Wow! Even Canadians self censor or understand we have to self censor to survive in the Gambia? Will this guy be hired by Immigration Canada to fight legitimate refugees or hired to advice the prime minister on Fabemos and more on foreign policies? Oh Canada, 'tell the truth', Fabemos will help Gambians more than Sanctions helped South Africans. Oh Prime Ministers, 'tell the truth', Fabemos will cost Canada lot less than Sanctions... and will be celebrated beyond the Earth as more caring and smarter!
Oh Canada, will you suggest you help rebels with weapons but not journalists with tools ? Or is it after we are mutilated when you supply weapons and tools and questionable honorary awards. How much is it going to cost you and cost us financially? How much is it going cost us emotionally before your questionable sorry on television? Are you going to accept our persons as refugees but not our astute thoughts as refuge? Or will you show me you are caring or reluctantly caring and I may just be mistakenly doubting you? I have lot of respect for many Western citizens but very little for western governments, especially towards Africa. We may not need your military now and do not send them to a harmless writer like myself. Smartly work with me beyond Fabemos and send the weapon guys to brutal dictators only when need be. Oh Canada, what kind of leaders and citizens you have towards African dictators who are costing you money, will cost you more money, and will cost us lot more than money ?
